THE 7 Pillars
Below the seven pillars of our corporate culture. We actively practice them in our daily decision making and they are embedded in every product we create.
We strongly believe that these pillars will keep our company steady on turmoil times.
The greatest one among us will live as the one who is called to serve others, because the greatest honor and authority is reserved for the one with the heart of a servant.
We believe in the golden rule of decision making: “love your neighbor as yourself” and “do to others as you would have them do to you”.
We believe in giving to everyone what is due. If we owe taxes, we pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue, if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.
We seek the prosperity and peace of the technology talent, in the midst of the high demand and the challenges of independency.
We believe that being faithful in private will boil down in external rewards. We are not looking for first time positions of honor.
We acknowledge the impact of our work in our society, economy and environment. We give priority to those projects with a good sustainability impact.
We believe that the path to a fulfilled life is giving and not receiving. We give away at least then percent of our profits and/or our time to non profit projects.
